Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, known as Mystic Quest Legend in Europe, is a role-playing video game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was first released in America in 1992 and then in Japan and Europe in 1993. It was both developed and published by Square, although Nintendo published the game in Europe. Besides the usual instruction booklet, every boxed copy of Final Fantasy Mystic Quest consisted of a detailed map of the in-game world and an offer to earn a free strategy guidebook, which could be done by filling in a form and mailing it to Square before January 31, 1993.
